Strange Love

The feature length video, Strange Love, was the first collaborative project created by the LA Art Girls. Inspired by the film, Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb, the Art Girls created an exquisite corpse style remake of the classic Kubrick film. Each artist chose at least one scene to interpret, edited altogether the film is over two hours long.
I contributed the short video, Strategic Air Command, using the soundtrack from the film recorded on a dictaphone with my own version of a B-52 flight simulator. The photo is taken from the special edition version of Strange Love available at QED Gallery.
